Hello Friends and Family!

Welcome to year 3 of www.foodinapinch.com! I am so happy to be able to help out family and friends in a pinch! For those who are new to my page, I began to cook and prep for friends and family, and the idea grew and spread by word of mouth through friends in need. A lovely business woman I knew encouraged me to create a website, and so... here I am; www.foodinapinch.com!

All in all, this is a work in progress. If there is something you need that is NOT on the website, PLEASE reach out! I have filled many unlisted requests! Also, I am sorry to share that prices have changed due to rising costs, but I will NEVER waiver on the quality of the product that you receive when I deliver.

Due to the needs of friends who have trouble cooking for one person, or prepping food for the week, I have now included some food prep recipes. Check it out!!

Also, please peruse the gallery of images of recipes that have come out of my kitchen. Everything that comes out of my kitchen is styled for serving!

I have other services as well! If you need help with setting your table, food presentation, floral arrangements, goodie bags, gift wrapping, or packing up leftovers, I am available to lend a hand!

Nothing brings people together like good food, and with that sometimes, you have to throw things together at the last minute!! I come from a large extended family, and nothing has brought me more joy than entertaining and feeding the ones I love. This is why I decided to start this venture to help friends and family "in a pinch". As a career educator for 34 years, I have had summers off, and many of those summers were devoted to working in the food service industry. So I used my experiences to do something I can do well, and also focus on the needs of my friends and family who need good food, but sometimes have NO time to prepare it.!! ALAS, 'Food in a Pinch' was born! Thank you for visiting my page!!!
